The ability to get on and off the train was good. I thought the price of a two-day ticket was extremely affordable. It was somewhat confusing as a tourist to understand how the train lines differ. It was confusing to understand which lines were available to ride or where to exchange tickets.

Car was clean n right on schedule. The exchange of tickets n reservation was a bit complicated, but the price is of good value.

Great to reserve seats for each segment of travel The only down side was we could only book tickets 6 times with the machine then had to go to the ticket counter. Had to stand in line for over an hour one time. The machines should allow at least bookings before having to go to the counter

Site easy to understand mainly what is included or not in the pass. also the purchacing experience was very easy and intuitive

So far so good but there was a little hassle in the beginning when I went to the JR station to exchange the email receipt with the Hokkaido rail pass. The staff found that the same name was printed for all 3 tickets even though I have emailed the names of all 3 passengers so she had to call the JR main office to confirm before printing it out which took quite some time and caused a delay in our itinerary.

Det var enkelt å kjøpe og løse inn med QR-koden. Det eneste som var vanskelig, var å finne en billettautomat for å bytte QR-koden mot en fysisk billett. Stasjonen som var oppført på nettstedet, hadde ikke en automat som godtok QR-koden.

God verdi, men dekket ikke Keiyo-linjen til hotellet vårt i Shiomi Ville ha ønsket instruksjoner for å bruke gule maskiner for å komme på trian. Hadde tidlig forvirring ved å prøve å bruke berøringsplater i stedet for å sveipe inn
