Vår opplevelse fant ikke sted. Vi ventet på å bli hentet på hotellet i mer enn 90 minutter, men ingen kom og vi hørte heller ikke fra noen at noen skulle være på vei. Chating assistenter hadde ingen informasjon, var ikke i kontakt med lokal leverandør og kunne ikke hjelpe oss. Vi organiserte vår egen transport til nattsafari, men billettene våre ble ikke anerkjent (til tross for informasjon fra chatteassistenten om at de ville gi adgang). Vi måtte kjøpe nye i skranken og betalte dermed for både billetter og transport to ganger. Siden da har vi bedt Headout om å gi oss pengene tilbake, men ingenting har skjedd så langt. Gjennom chattesamtalene våre (sannsynligvis med roboter) har vi mange ganger hørt at de "eskalerer saken vår" og at de "ser på det". Men det har ikke kommet noe konkret ut av det - bare tomme fraser og løfter. Vi vet ikke engang om det var noen sjåfør som skulle ha hentet oss og gitt oss de ekte inngangsbillettene, eller om det hele har vært en svindel. Den verste opplevelsen noensinne. Ikke bare tapte vi penger (vi håper fortsatt å få dem tilbake, men ser sjansene som små), men også mye tid og nerver.
