Vi har problemer med bestillingen, i går bestilte vi en på stoppet var sjåføren ikke der, i dag da vi ankommer stedet, sa appen at vi skulle være klokka 8:30, og vi var der fra 8:00, og det var ikke før vi hadde wi-fi at vi fikk en melding som sa at vi måtte være klokka 7:30 og ikke 8:30 som appen sier. Vi ber om en løsning, og det var ingen løsning, vi ber om en refound eller en Reschedule og samme svar, selv når vi ikke fikk riktig info
