Det var ikke temaparken som var problemet. Det var mangelen på kommunikasjon. 1. Vi fikk beskjed om å være på hentestedet kl. 08.15 (30 minutter før hentetidspunktet kl. 08.45) 2. Bussen ankom ikke før kl. 9.45 3. Ingen kontaktet oss for å informere oss om eventuelle forsinkelser, så vi trodde vi ble lurt 4. Ingen informerte oss om at vi måtte ha malaysisk ankomstkort før innreise 5. Ingen fortalte oss at vi ville trenge Singapore Arrival-kort ved innreise til Singapore. 6. Guiden kom bare når vi kom inn i Malaysia ... hun tjente egentlig ikke noe annet formål enn å fortelle alle 4 x ganger at du ikke kan ta med spesifikke ting tilbake til Singapore ... Bare veldig dårlig organisering og kommunikasjon. Selve temaparken var fin. Heldigvis.
