Regarding the combo. It is necessary to inform customer with big letters that combo you do by your own. The gide's work is just to collect people from the meeting point and to gide them to the place/destination (like Bosphorus boat). I could do it by my self, that is easy and I don't want to pay money for that. The guide on board is nothing but a recording played which is unclear, impossible to hear. No benefit at all. The Basilica cistern with the gide was good. Hagia Sophia is beautiful but only the second floor is accessible to visitors. It's very, very sad and disappointing.

Guides were excellent, however Headout staff misled me about the correct time of Bosphorus departure and we almost missed it on our last day in Istanbul. Also, you should have provided actual locations of where to meet for the different tours which was NOT easy to find or ask about.

Strict dress code to visit Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia: Women should not wear knee-length shorts, skirts, or clothing with exposed shoulders or chests. Hair should be partially covered with a scarf. Men should not wear knee-length shorts or clothing with exposed shoulders. If needed, scarves (€1) and body covers (€3) are available at the entrance.
