Bussen kom aldri, vi ble stående på bussholdeplassen i Santa Monica og vente i over en time, og bussene kom aldri. Jeg kontaktet også kundestøttechatten, men fikk beskjed om at chatboten ikke hadde forstått forespørselen min. Jeg ringte også kundestøtten fire ganger uten å få snakke med noen. Jeg fikk ikke brukt de to billettene vi kjøpte, og jeg har ikke fått refusjon. Denne tjenesten har vært rett og slett forferdelig, og det er ikke en tjeneste jeg vil anbefale, siden vi måtte kjøpe billetter fra konkurrenten deres, som leverte tjenesten som lovet. Jeg vil ærlig talt ha tilbake pengene jeg har betalt for en tjeneste som jeg aldri har mottatt fra Headout.
