Det som var oppgitt i billetten billetten ble ikke respektert: - ingen velkomstdrink og ingen valgmuligheter: vi fikk bare velge mellom kaffe/te/cappuccino (ba om varm sjokolade, men ble nektet) og ble forespeilet en "typisk" dessert uten andre valgmuligheter - det planlagte besøket ble først mulig etter at vi hadde bedt om det (utstillingshallen var allerede stengt) og uten noen form for logistisk støtte - lite samarbeidsvillig personale
