Min opplevelse var hyggelig alt i alt, maten var utmerket og atmosfæren var hyggelig. Jeg har imidlertid hatt mer positive opplevelser tidligere. Servitørene var prisverdige, men de ble hele tiden dratt bort fra oppgavene sine av sjefen. Vi ventet for eksempel nesten ti minutter før vi fikk velkomstdrinkene våre. Jeg så servitøren gjøre klar drinkene våre, for så å bli avbrutt av en høy fyr i dress (jeg antar at det var sjefen) som ikke virket særlig vennlig. Denne situasjonen var ganske urettferdig overfor det hardtarbeidende servitørpersonalet. Det primære fokuset bør være å yte oppmerksom service til kundene, men det var utfordrende for servitørene å opprettholde dette servicenivået når de ofte ble omdirigert til andre oppgaver.
