Etter at jeg bestilte og mottok bekreftelsen, fungerte ikke lenken til QR-koden. Jeg antok derfor at man kunne bruke bestillingsreferansen for å finne frem til bestillingen. Men da jeg ankom etter en lang reise i et fremmed land, nektet billettkontrolløren på bussholdeplassen å hjelpe meg. Han sendte meg inn til skranken, der en svært uhøflig dame nektet å hjelpe meg og sa at det eneste jeg kunne gjøre var å kjøpe en ny billett, og hvis jeg ikke var fornøyd, kunne jeg gå til kundeservicen på flyplassen og klage! Heldigvis var den unge jenta der veldig hjelpsom og klarte å finne en måte å få frem QR-koden fra ordlyden på bestillingen på japansk (hun var enig i at det var et problem som hun aldri hadde sett før), og vi kunne gå om bord i bussen. Da vi var om bord, gikk alt bra.
