Combiticket: versnelde toegang Galleria degli Uffizi + gereserveerde toegang met gids Galleria dell'Accademia

De locatie was prachtig, de gids was kundig - het was druk, maar de manier waarop de groepen in elkaar overliepen maakte de drukte niet overweldigend... goede prijs en de instructies voor ontmoetingspunten en routebeschrijving waren duidelijk.

Het was moeilijk om de rep te vinden omdat het zo druk was en er geen borden stonden. Maar toen we de rep eenmaal hadden gevonden, waren de rep en vooral de gids gewoon uitstekend.

De prijs was te duur. Het zou ook makkelijker voor ons zijn geweest om de kaartjes voor beide musea in één keer te krijgen. Onze gids was niet op tijd voor de tweede ontmoeting in de Uffizi galerij, dus we raakten in de war over waar we heen moesten en moesten naar het kantoor lopen en dan terug naar de galerij.

This review is for Martha our guide and the Academia. Wonderful experience. Our experience at the Ufizzi was not good. The guide's English was not good, her voice was hardly heard, her microphone had a lot of interference, we decided to leave the tour before it ended.

Skip the line werkte geweldig behalve in de kantoren, de gidsen waren geweldig.

Getting information prior to the tours was not clear. The tours themselves were well run but too little time at each venue and the lunch was scheduled too closely to our Uffizi Gallery tour. Luckily our tour guide called the restaurant and they were able to accommodate us at a later time. I would have liked to have time after the tours to see more of the venues but that was not possible. Next time I would book these tours separately.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides. However we signed up for two museum tours with lunch. The scheduling of these was not good. There were only a few minutes to get fun one venue to the next and no time to linger in the museums after the tour. Instead I would suggest scheduling lunch between the tours to make it more directive

Wonderful guide! But lots of confusion re: timing of event. We were relaxing after Accademia tour which I needed due to bad knee. Confirmation indicated 4:00 tour of Uffuzi and got a call around 11:00am tour that we were late and had to run across to the Uffuzi asap. Was a stressful and painful journey to the office which was where it was indicated. Hobbled through the Uffuzi with a great guide who told me to make an official complaint. Will do when home! Can't waste my time doing that now.

Cristina was wonderful and insightful - she gave us so many stories that we will keep forever, because she coloured in the history and connected so many dots for us. We beamed with joy for like two straight hours. She's really really special. Her English isn't amazing.

Our two guides were pleasant, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They spoke excellent English. Thank you for a very nice experience.
