The exteriors of the Pena Palace set against the forest setting, are gorgeous, very fairy tale like. The place needs some love and care as it is dirty in some areas, with uncollected trash in a few parts. The place gets too crowded. It needs to set a daily limit and stick to itS

The palace was beautiful but the transportation to the gate was a nightmare. Your website needs to be updated to explain the fact that you have to pay more for transport just to get to the main gate. We attempted to drive our rental car up to the palace main gate but were diverted away from the access road to the palace and had to park miles away and pay again for transportation to the main gate! We also were scammed by a few locals that pretended to be drivers to the gate and overcharged us for the ride and misinformed us on how to get back to our car. The website needs to explain the fact that you cannot drive up to the main gate and that you will need to pay for additional transportation.

The tickets for Quinta de Regaliera led me to believe they were only good for the date on the ticket although everything I had read said a ticket was good for 120 days. We went the following day after Pena Palace just to see if we could get in and, luckily they were valid. We almost didn't go thinking we had missed out. Please clarify that!

Beautiful Palace. Loved we could tour/ read about it at our own pace. Loved that it was timed entry. I wish Belém Torre an Jeronimos Monestary were also timed entry.

Loved Pena Palace. One of the most remarkable sights I've ever seen. It's so high up in the mountains that at times the clouds touch the palace. I was surprised by how well-timed everything was. I never felt like it was overcrowded (compared to some other places I have been in, say, Paris). There was enough room to breathe, take great photos, and enjoy myself without feeling rushed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Pena Palace - it was certainly well-organized and the staff were most helpful and approachable at all times. The view from the outdoor levels was breath-taking . I would highly recommend this as a 'must see' venture!

The Pena Palace is a very unique place and provides many photo opportunities. As a photographer that is what I always look for and the Pena Palace delivered!

Very good tour of the palace and everything in there still appears well preserved. The only digital ticket helped skip the queue at the entrance. Overall good experience

Kasteel is prachtig! Wij hadden inclusief vervoer alleen was ons niet duidelijk dat je eerst een andere bus moet hebben die je naar het punt brengt waar de andere bus staat om je naar het kasteel te brengen

We kwamen een beetje laat aan door de overvolle voertuigen, maar ze waren zo vriendelijk om ons binnen te laten omdat we ook een klein kind hadden. Het gebouw is prachtig!

Ik vond het heerlijk om het kasteel en het terrein te verkennen! Zoveel te zien en te genieten. Zou zeker aanraden om een paar uur bij elke bezienswaardigheid te blijven. Neem misschien wat snacks mee voor een picknick.

Het paleis is een wonder en de plek waar het staat ook. Elk deel van het paleis is goed beschreven, je hebt geen audiogids nodig.

Het online kopen van de kaartjes was geweldig en rechttoe rechtaan, het downloaden van de app om de kaartjes te krijgen zodat we ze konden laten zien op onze mobiele telefoon bij de poort voor toegang was perfect. Het enige wat een beetje verwarrend was, was het parkeren, we reden naar de hogere parkeerplaats maar wisten niet zeker of we op de juiste plek waren en waar de transferbus naar het kasteel was. Uiteindelijk liepen we de 20 minuten naar de ingang van het kasteel, de bus was bij een andere ingang die nog geen 10 minuten zou duren voor een persoon die slecht ter been is. Geweldig uitzicht en ongelooflijke architectuur in een prachtige parkomgeving.

Het paleis en het park zijn indrukwekkend, ze zijn geweldig! Mijn vraag over het ticket is: waarom geeft u de optie "paleis plus vervoer" niet, aangezien men niet vanaf de ingang naar het paleis kan vliegen, namelijk, om het paleis te bezoeken gaat men noodzakelijkerwijs het park in en dan kan men het bezoeken. Ik heb een ticket betaald met "paleis plus park plus vervoer", en ik heb geen optie "paleis plus vervoer" gevonden.
