Important Information

• Please note that the hotel pick-up timings are based on their location, time of day, and traffic conditions.

• It’s recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothes.

• Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge of $30.00 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.

• Please note that passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more may be charged more for an additional comfort seat.

• From December 1st through February 28/29th, the rafting portion only operates on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If there is a group of 25 or more, the rafting portion will be available any day of the week. Daily operations are from March 1st through November 30th.

Restrictions

• Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID during the pick-up.

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pick-ups and drop-offs.

• While booking, please provide the name of your hotel.

• This is applicable to most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area.

• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your hotel.
