Upon entering the building, you're greeted by a grand staircase with a two-story architectural model of the building and a high-tech LED exhibit that celebrates lighting ceremonies performed by famous celebrity guests. Head up to the newly renovated 80th floor, the new landing spot for visitors going to the 86th and 102nd floors. Enjoy an augmented reality experience as you look through classic binocular viewfinders and take in the sights and sounds of New York’s streets.
Next, make your way to the glass-enclosed Pavilion on the 86th-floor. The 86th floor has the Empire State Observation Deck. This ticket also gives you access to the new second-floor exhibits that will take you on an experiential journey from the building’s construction to its emergence as a pop culture icon. Explore their new Site in the 1920s, Construction, Opening Day, Modern Marvel, Otis Elevators, World’s Most Famous Building, King Kong and Celebrity Exhibits! Your total experience of the Empire State Building is inclusive of an Audio Guide available in 8 languages through the 'Empire State Building Experience' App. Enjoy the recently restored Art Deco lobby and murals, and the 4 educational areas.
