Naar onze mening was Ston de ochtendstop niet waard. Mijn vriend wilde lokale oesters proberen, maar we kwamen om 8:30 aan en deden er een uur over en de meeste restaurants gaan om 11-11:30 open. De stad is erg klein dus je kunt in 15 minuten rondlopen. Korcula was erg mooi en we hebben genoten van de tijd daar. We gingen voor een lunch dus 3 uur was voldoende tijd voor sightseeing en om te eten. De wijnproeverij was ook geweldig. We vonden de wijnen en brandewijnen heerlijk en de tijd was ook voldoende. We moeten alleen opmerken dat onze chauffeur super snel reed zodat we soms 5 minuten op de parkeerplaats moesten wachten op de andere 2 busjes die bij ons waren. De rit was een beetje zwaar omdat de wegen smal zijn. Maar hij was erg zorgzaam voor de ouderen, hielp ze uit het busje/op de boot etc. En hij passeerde niet in de "mogelijk gevaarlijke" situatie.

Once you’ve explored Ston for a while, continue to Orebic and catch some beautiful views of the Peljesac Peninsula’s vineyards and old wineries.
You’ll then board a boat to Korcula island. Rich in history and also one of Croatia’s most relaxing getaways, Korcula has numerous attractions like the Church of St. Marco, House of Marco Polo, and more. Back in Orebic, you’ll visit Potomje – home to one of the most famous wineries of Croatia. Well-known brandies, wine, and liqueurs will be a part of your wine tasting tour.
