Hallo Jennifer, de reis zelf was geweldig. Maar ik kreeg een paar keer te horen van uw klantenservice dat ik opgehaald zou worden van het hotel door de touroperator. Maar touroperator heeft nooit contact met mij opgenomen. Op tour dag 's ochtends 645 uur, belde ik thro hotel lobby om te controleren op de pick-up tijd. Hij zei dat ze dat niet doen, we moesten naar hun kantoor gaan, binnen 20 minuten om de tour te halen. De receptionist van het hotel hielp ons om een taxi te nemen en daar aan te komen. 1. Hier organiseerde de headout niet of vertelde ons niet precies hoe we de touroperator konden bereiken. 2. Touroperator nooit contact met mij over de pick-up of hen te ontmoeten. Ze zijn erg erg teleurgesteld. Tour was geweldig. Gids was geweldig. 3. Er was geen coördinatie tussen headout en touroperator. Head out zei touroperator zal ons bellen om te kiezen en touroperator zegt dat we verondersteld worden naar hun faciliteit te gaan. Finale: Als we van tevoren wisten wat we moesten doen, zouden we hebben gepland. Controleer mijn chats met uw klantenservice.
