COVID Safety Information

• Social distancing measures at all areas of the Atlantis, The Palm are being observed.
• Atlantis' security and medical services team will also conduct temperature checks utilizing thermal scanners and cameras upon arrival.
• Face masks are to be worn at all times out of the water.

Important Information

• The experiences are suitable for all ages. Participants under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (aged 18 and above). A maximum of 3 children under 12 years per adult is accepted.
• If you are pregnant or have any severe medical conditions, you should carefully consider whether to participate in the Dolphin Meet & Greet experience.
• You must be able to understand the safety instructions, which are conducted in English.
• For the safety of the animals, you should not wear any jewelry or other loose articles during the experience. You should only touch the animals under the direction of the dolphin trainer.
• Observers are allowed for the Dolphin Dip & Play experience; however, it is on Add-On basis and guests are not allowed to enter the water.
• The Dolphin Dip & Play experience includes 15 minutes of preparation time and 30 minutes in the water.
• The Dolphin Dip & Play experience is limited to 8 guests per dolphin.
• You must not fly or go beyond 300 meters or 1,000 feet for at least 12 hours after diving.
• The Dolphin Dip & Play experience is not suitable for pregnant women and guests who have any severe medical conditions unless approved and prescribed by a doctor.
• Wet suits are available and provided upon guest request.
• The program is conducted in English.
• Dolphin Bay reserves the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Please note: This activity does not include Dolphin Encounter at the Dolphin Bay.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid any delays.
