I really enjoyed visiting the Dubai Underwater Zoo and Penguin Cove. The place is well set up and has so many cool animals to see, like sharks, rays, crocodiles, and lots of colorful fish. Walking through the glass tunnel was awesome and made the experience feel extra exciting. Penguin Cove was my favorite part. The penguins were super cute and fun to watch, especially when they were swimming around and playing. The area looked clean and well cared for, and the staff shared some interesting facts too. Overall, it’s a fun place to visit and definitely worth checking out if you’re in Dubai, especially if you like animals or are visiting with family. The best part is my daughter enjoyed it, and that's what matters.

Everything was good and exactly as described, but the experience feels a bit expensive for what it offers — it doesn’t fully justify the price. Another issue is the Glass Boat Tour. It’s not allowed for children under 2 years old, even though the tour is very simple and doesn’t include anything unsafe or special that would require this restriction. There are also no conveniences or features for young children. Overall, it’s a nice attraction, but the pricing and the Glass Boat Tour policy reduce the overall value.

Due to the visit coinciding with peak tourist season, the attraction was significantly crowded. We opted for the sunrise experience; however, it is worth noting that access is restricted to Levels 124 and 125 during these early hours. Unfortunately, the lack of an outdoor observation deck on these floors impacted the quality of the sunrise view. For those seeking a more immersive experience, the limited accessibility during this time slot is a significant factor to consider.

Bella questa combo. L acquario all interno del Mall in centro a Dubai é spettacolare....si può anche prenotare la diacesa in Aqua nella gabbia per ammirare gli squali. Il global Village bellissimo parco gastronomico con cibi da tutto il mondo, bigiotteria vestiario e grandissimo parco giochi.

O facto se já ter os bilhetes comprados foi mais rápido. A hora que escolhemos 09h também acabou por não estar muita gente, porque apesar de termos os bilhetes, temos sempre de passar pelo balcão para nos darem os bilhetes em papel.

The wait time at the burj which was 3 hours despite a designated time was not worth it.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.
