I loved how easy and straightforward it was to get my ticket, which made entering the museum so smooth and stress-free. I truly recommend visiting this museum because it carries a very special cultural and historical value for the UAE. Every visitor should come and feel our heritage, our foundations, and the vision of the President who made this dream a reality—it honestly touched my heart. I absolutely love this place, and I believe the museum has so much potential to grow into a major landmark not only for the UAE and the Gulf region, but for the world.

This place is pure art meets technology brilliance. Every space feels immersive and thoughtfully designed. The mirrored rooms and flowing digital walls make it feel endless. It’s very interactive, which makes it more than just an exhibition. You become part of it. I recommend going on a weekday if you want more space to really take it in. Great for photos, but even better to just experience in the moment. We also got a discount when we booked through Headout, which made the visit even better.

I really liked the museum , it has a lot of information about the United Arab Emirates that I didn't know before which surprises me , also shaik zayed bin sultan alnhian About his childhood life till he grew up and how he turned the desert into a most visited country in the world and all the business And relationships with other countries And what he did for the country and for his people Thats why we all love our father shaik zayed ♥️

A surreal, magical escape – perfect for couples! We visited TeamLab Phenomena during our honeymoon and it was honestly one of the highlights of our Abu Dhabi trip. Unlike a regular museum, you don't just look at the art you walk inside it. The way the lights and patterns react to your movement is mesmerizing. The "infinite" rooms were perfect for photos, but sometimes we just put the cameras away to enjoy the vibe.

TeamLab phenomena is a unique and immersive experience for all the senses, combining art, technology, and nature. You can see and feel huge, interactive installations, including areas with water, light shows or art galleries. You can even get creative yourself, whether big or small, and become part of an installation. Pur 2,5 Hours were magical, mind-blowing, and calming at the same time.

I loved the Zayed National Museum both inside and outside. The fountain area, landscape and main entrance were top notch with remarkable architecture and the simple layouts of the late Sheikh Zayed and UAE history were very interesting. One the the highlights of my day was running into legndary Tennis player, Roger Federer, inside the museum.

Bring a valid photo ID, especially for adult-only Art Undistracted hours (18+ only).

Photography and short videos are permitted for personal use only.

Zayed National Museum

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Wear modest attire that is respectful and appropriate to UAE culture.

Sun protection (hat, sunscreen) and a water bottle are recommended for outdoor areas such as Al Masar Garden.

Guests under 18 are not permitted during Art Undistracted (Monday through Thursday, 6pm–10pm).

Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises (including outdoor areas).

For-profit/commercial photography or filming without prior written consent.

Zayed National Museum

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museum for security reasons.

Sharp objects, weapons, and items that could be used as weapons are strictly prohibited.

Food and drinks not for personal consumption, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted.

Professional media, photography, and recording equipment are not allowed. Photography is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.

Recreational transport (bicycles, skateboards, scooters), large umbrellas, animals (except registered service animals), and items producing excessive noise are not allowed.

Items, clothing, or banners containing religious, political, provocative, or obscene content are prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted except in designated areas.

Any objects or materials considered disruptive, dangerous, or contrary to the proper operation of the museum are not allowed.

This experience is not accessible by strollers.

Guests sensitive to intense sensory environments, or with respiratory conditions such as asthma must practice caution as some artworks feature strobe light, flash effects, UV lights, and fog.

Zayed National Museum

The museum is wheelchair accessible, with stair-free routes and lift access throughout the building.

Accessible restrooms and cloakrooms are available on site.

Tours in Emirati sign language are available upon request.

Staff are trained to assist visitors with disabilities and hidden needs.

The museum operates a timed-entry system; entry begins from 10am with the last slot at 6pm.

Some areas may feature flash lighting, loud noises, or other stimulating media—visitors sensitive to these should take caution.

Free admission is available for children under 18, people of determination and their companions, UAE-based seniors aged 60 and above, journalists on assignment, and ICOM/ICOMOS members (valid ID required).

Meals and drinks are available for purchase at the main cafe; retail purchases are available at museum shops.
