We were amazed by the architecture design of the museum and had the chance to know the history of emirates of the UAE. We were able to see the lens behind what was Abu dhabi like in the olden days and get to know Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the mind behind the success of the Abu dhabi which is considered as one of the best destination to visit in the UAE. Our whole experience was full of astonishment. Our kids enjoyed reading the script written and got invested with the story, they also loved the touch of technology that makes their experience educational and fun as well. The attached photo below is my son busy taking a picture and shared it with his friends back in Saudi Arabia whom he is getting in touched with throughout the entire journey.

My visit to the Zayed National Museum, located in the heart of the Saadiyat Cultural District in Abu Dhabi, was truly inspiring. The museum beautifully celebrates the rich history, culture, and stories of the UAE, highlighting the nation’s journey from ancient times to the modern day. Walking through the galleries, I gained a deeper appreciation for the legacy of the UAE’s Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. His vision, wisdom, and values are reflected in every part of the museum. Through engaging exhibitions, insightful research, and thoughtful public programmes, the museum shows how Sheikh Zayed’s principles continue to shape the UAE’s identity and guide its people. It was an unforgettable and meaningful experience.

We made a last‑minute decision to visit the National Aquarium Abu Dhabi, and it turned out to be such a great choice. To skip the long queue, we bought our tickets online through Abu Dhabi Tickets/Headout — and to my surprise, they offered discounts! The tickets were much cheaper than buying them at the counter, which was a huge saving for a family of six. The National Aquarium is a fantastic place for both kids and kids at heart. Aside from the impressive variety of sea creatures, they also have a capybara (which my daughter loves), birds, and reptiles in their mini Forest section. There is also an interactive activities that is very entertaining. Our kids had the best time exploring everything. It was truly a memorable day for all of us.

My girlfriend and I visited the Sheikh Zayed Museum, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the very first moments, we were impressed by the contemporary architecture, which is seamlessly combined with the rich historical content of the exhibition. As an architect, I was particularly interested in how the building itself was designed — how the architectural solutions interact with the landscape and enhance the overall perception of the space. The exhibition is very well thought out and cohesive. It does not simply present historical facts, but gradually immerses visitors in the life and legacy of a person who did an extraordinary amount for his country. We especially appreciated that the exhibition begins with Sheikh Zayed’s love for nature, showing how this philosophy was integrated into the landscape and reflected in his vision. This sets a meaningful tone for the entire narrative. There is a remarkable balance between architecture and history. On one hand, I was fascinated by how the building was created; on the other, I was deeply moved by the historical facts presented on the exhibition walls. Sheikh Zayed’s story makes you reflect on the role of leadership in shaping a nation — if every country had such leaders, perhaps the world would be a better place. This museum is not just an architectural landmark or a historical exhibition, but a truly inspiring place that leaves a lasting impression.

Wow, our family visit to the Zayed National Museum today was absolutely incredible. Seeing the soaring towers that look like falcon wings with my triplets was breathtaking right from the start. We spent hours exploring the six main galleries, and it felt like we traveled through thousands of years of history. The kids were fascinated by so many things: the massive 18-meter Magan boat, a real Bronze Age vessel built with ancient techniques. They couldn't believe they were seeing Sheikh Zayed's actual personal items, like his copy of the Quran and his walking stick, and the famous black Chrysler he used to travel the country. One of the coolest parts for them was the interactive technology. They loved the "how to train your falcon" game and the smart-glass screens that brought ancient stories to life. The 8,000-year-old pink pearl and the story of the Neolithic "warrior woman" from Marawah Island felt like discovering real-life treasure. It’s more than just a museum; it's a beautiful story of a nation, told in a way that captivated all of us. From the outdoor Al Masar Garden to the awe-inspiring galleries, it was a perfect family day out. The Zayed National Museum isn't just awesome—it's unforgettable.

As a lover of history, the musuem offers an extensive material necessary to understand and appreciate the journey the leaders had taken to make the UAE as it is today. it gives a unique perspective of how far the country has come from back when it was just a vast desert. I have always been in awe of the leaders of the UAE but after the visit to the museum, I have a new found respect for their ingenuity, and the sacrifices they had to take to secure the future of generations of emirati. it was a wise decision to take my daughter and her friends because they gained insights toward their second home. the architecture was chef's kiss. the architect in me was very happy with the design of the museum.
