We both had a wonderful experience at the windmills in Zaanse Schans and Rob our guide explained what the different windmills were being used for. Loved our Cheese and Clog tour at the farm in Edam and the choice was absolutely better than we expected. The favourite cheese for me was the Jalepeno Cheese and the Edam. Volendam was a very pretty seaside town and the perfect place to enjoy calamari and chips with a cold beer along the esplanade. Lastly we spent some time in the fishing town Marken which is actually an island and so many very nice old homes there. Perfect day trip for anybody to enjoy.

Tour guide Xavier and driver William were amazing. Very knowledgeable and also very funny which set the mood perfect. The tour was great. Aside from changing the itinerary due to road construction/closures the tour was what I expected. They added few things in place of what we couldn't do. The windmills were great. The cheese and clog making was very interesting. The towns we walked through were beautiful. Highly recommend as a day trip tour to get out of amsterdam.

This tour delivered everything it promised in an efficient and well organised way. Patricia was an excellent tour guide; knowledgeable, interesting and engaging but not too loqacious. The windmills were great, the cheese factory and shoemaking pretty good if a bit kitch and both Volendam and Markem were delightful. No hidden extra costs, excellent timekeeping, fascinating history...whats not to like?
