Wasn’t sure what to expect but this boat trip turned out to be SOOO memorable. Went with my brother and we both ended up loving it. Crew was super chill, even let us try steering for like a minute (felt like a pirate, not gonna lie). Saw eagles and seals—never thought I’d get this close to wildlife. The soup? Warmed me up from the inside, even though I spilled half of it on my gloves (oops). It was a bit crowded at the start but everyone found their space eventually. If you get seasick, maybe bring something just in case, but I was fine. Would do again in a heartbeat.

Really cool trip! My dad and I went together. The guides gave lots of random facts about the fjord, which I actually enjoyed more than I thought. We saw a sea eagle swooping down—looked like something out of a movie. The fishing part was fun but I didn’t catch anything (my dad got a tiny cod though, lol). The only downside was the bathroom was a bit cramped, but you can survive. Fish soup is legit, eat it while it’s hot.

If you like being out on the water, this trip is for you. Went with my gf—she’s not a big fan of boats but totally loved this one, mostly because of all the birds and the freakin’ beautiful views. Staff gave us extra cookies when they saw us shivering. Weather kept changing, so bring an extra layer. The boat was clean and didn’t smell fishy (bonus).

Absolutely loved this day! The guides are full of energy and genuinely care that everyone is having fun. I learned a ton about the fjord and the animals (never knew eagles were THAT big). Fishing was a highlight for me, even though my line got tangled twice. Would go again with friends.

Hands down the best tour I’ve done in Norway. Crew are legends. Saw sea eagles, seals and dolphins! The soup is something I’ll dream about for weeks. Take your gloves, the wind is brutal.
