Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlichen Vormittag mit vielen, interessanten, abwechslungsreichen und kurzweiligen Geschichten. Unser Stadtführerin hatte ein sehr großes Wissen, dass sie uns mit Begeisterung und einwandfreiem Deutsch näher brachte. Alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!! Gerne wieder!

​We booked the Český Krumlov day trip through Headout and it was the highlight of our time in Czechia. The booking process on the app was super easy and the instructions for the meeting point bus tation at Na knizecki (platform 1) were clear. ​The bus ride was comfortable (about 2.5 hours), and the scenery on the way to South Bohemia was beautiful. Our guide, Radim, was fantastic—very funny and knowledgeable about the history of the castle and the town. ​Highlights: ​The Castle: Walking through the castle courtyards was breathtaking. The views from the cloak bridge are insane! ​Free Time: We had about 2 hours of free time, which was perfect to grab lunch by the river and shop for souvenirs. ​Convenience: Not having to worry about train schedules or transfers was worth every penny. ​Highly recommend this tour if you want a stress-free way to see this UNESCO gem. It really does look like a fairytale town!

Rene gave us a great tour, going over by an hour to make sure we saw everything. We learned a lot, saw a lot, walked a lot, and had a great day. Thank you!

The tour was great. But headout the company was terrible. After purchasing the tickets (while being at the castle) I was emailed that the start location is in a different part of town. Customer service was poor. It was automated AI junk without a live representative. When the system stated it was getting a live person it never did. Phone support went unanswered as well--literally just kept ringing without an answer.
