What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the water park.

Drones, large bags, sharp objects, and alcohol are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Additional activities such as the Ropes Course or Climbing Wall may require separate tickets and are not included in all packages.

Accessibility

Accessibility options may be available, including ramps and elevators; however, not all areas or attractions may be fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Accessible restrooms and baby changing facilities are available on site.

If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact the venue in advance to confirm available facilities.

Vana Nava Water Jungle is located approximately 2–3 hours by car from Bangkok.

Parking facilities are available on site; allow extra time during peak hours.

The park operates Monday–Thursday from 11am to 4pm and Friday–Sunday from 11am to 6pm.

Your voucher must be exchanged for a water park admission ticket upon arrival.

Immediate confirmation email will be sent within 15 minutes of booking.

For certain packages, a full refund is available if canceled at least 24 hours before the service date; other packages are non-refundable and non-changeable.

The usage date cannot be changed for some packages; check your ticket details before booking.

The park features a variety of attractions, including thrill rides, a lazy river, and dedicated kids’ areas.

The experience is not recommended for guests with back problems, heart conditions, or for pregnant women.

Lockers and towels are available for rent or included in select packages.

Food and drinks are available for purchase inside the park; lunch buffet is only included with specific packages.
