Epic Universe was truly an epic experience. My daughter, age 16, and I had a wonderful day. We particularly loved The Isle of Berk its entirety, and Paris and the Ministry of Magic, which was a bit of a surprise to be paired together, but delightful nonetheless. The food was very good and we everyone was friendly and helpful. The experience was very immersive with great attention to details. We also enjoyed our day at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, but the services like lockers and food service are a better experience at Epic. Loved it all, and will return with excitement and enthusiasm!

The two day three park ticket to Universal was perfect for us as we only had a couple of days to fill. The hopper between Studios and IOA was great. It was relatively quiet in the parks, walked on to most rides with no wait. We did so much! Epic was another story...park was very busy, rides not working or delayed, 3/4 hour waits for the main rides so didn't bother. We did have a good day. It was just disappointing that we didn't do everything.

Universal Studios is must visit theme park. So many rides and attractions. It was a peak time so there was very high waiting time for few rides. Some even up to 3 hours wait time. Recommended to buy Express pass if one wants to skip long ques and do all of rides in a day.

Epic Universe was so amazing! My kids' dream came true! Delicious snacks. We had a red shell! We ate at Toadstool's Cafe and food was good but not really good! Crew was super nice and polite! Lines for the rides too long! Express pass too expensive.

The tickets were easy to pull up throughout the day if needed, six as to switch parks. Also, we loved both parks - roller coasters and simulation rides were the best, especially at the new Epic park, which was epic!

Beautiful new park with some fun family rides. Was VERY disappointed that the marquee ride, Stardust Racers was out of service. Not sure if I'll ever be back to ride it.

El tren de howards no funcionaba por mantenimiento y es uno de los motivos por los cuales compré Park to park, no avisaron de ello y el precio sigue siendo el mismo me parece algo injusto ya que pensaba subir a esa atracción y así pasar fácilmente de parque a parque. Sugiero un descuento ya que no se pudo disfrutar la atracción al 100% para lo cual se adquirió
