Our tour guide Yoshida was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that we didn't miss anything Overall we had a great time. On arrival though we were told that we needed to purchase additional park admission tickets for nearly $400 In total on top of already paying nearly $3500 for the experience. On our ticket confirmation it stayed under inclusions that admission to Universal Stidios was included. At the very bottom under additional information it stated that seperate tickets were required. This was very unclear and not a great way to start our experience.

Skipping the long queues certainly makes a big difference but I don't believe it's value for money spent. I thought that there may have been maybe some snacks or drinks provided along the way.

Take a break in the VIP Lounge, enjoy fast passes for amusement rides, and receive a 10% discount at participating restaurants including Kinopio's Café and Park Side Grille. As a keepsake, you'll also receive a certificate of participation and a ride poncho.

What to bring

Present your e-voucher at the VIP Experience Reception for verification.

Carry a valid non-Japanese passport for entry validation.

Arrive 30 minutes before your selected VIP tour time slot.

What’s not allowed

Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a guardian.

Guests who do not meet ride safety requirements may be denied access.

This experience is not suitable for pregnant guests or those with certain medical conditions.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible for wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

Wheelchair users must transfer to attraction seats before boarding rides.

Guests using wigs, prosthetics, casts, or medical devices should speak to crew members beforehand.

Additional information

A separate Studio Pass is required to enter Universal Studios Japan.

The special entrance is located at Visitor Services beside the ticket booth.

Some attractions and paid performances are not included in the VIP tour.

Closed attractions may be replaced with other participating rides on the day.

The 5-hour VIP package includes one meal at Lombard’s Landing™ restaurant.

Lunch or dinner timing depends on your selected VIP session start time.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
