Went on this tour with my mum and we LOVED it. The guide was super friendly, told us random Monet facts I’d never heard before (did you know he was obsessed with water lilies??). Monet’s garden was like walking through a painting, honestly, but sooo many people – we kept bumping into elbows, lol. Versailles was HOT but beautiful (bring water, trust me). I’d do it again just for the garden vibes and the little bakery we stopped by for pastries on the way back. Totally worth the early wake-up.

I went solo and was a bit nervous but everyone was chill. The coach was comfy – AC worked well (thank god, it was boiling outside). Lunch was okay, but nothing special. Versailles is just HUGE, and I wish we had more time in the gardens. Monet’s house was packed, couldn’t really stop for pics inside but the bridge outside is the real star anyway. Some bits felt rushed but overall a really cool day.

It was fine. I expected more out of the guide, but they mostly just hurried us from place to place. Monet's garden is BEAUTIFUL, but soooo crowded it’s hard to enjoy. Versailles – crowded too, and we got lost from the group for a second lol. Not bad if you just want to tick them both off at once, but I’d rather do them separate next time.

Took my teenage daughters and we had a blast! The Giverny gardens are every bit as magical as you’d hope. Our guide knew all the best spots for photos. Versailles is a bit overwhelming, but the history was fascinating. Big shout out to the driver who waited for us when we lost track of time in the gift shop. Bring sneakers – it’s a LOT of walking.
