My cruise started off wonderful. It was punctual. Seating was available indoors and outdoors. I was given a glass of champagne upon arrival and appetizers were passed out throughout the cruise. The staff went above and beyond with kindness and hospitality. The lovely woman singing live music indoors was beautiful. She also went above and beyond to recognize birthdays or special events. It was also beautiful to see such historical sights on the river Thames. And I even got to see the London bridge go up to let a large ship pass through.

We loved the view, the live music, atmosphere and the welcome package. Staff was polite and attentive. The food was good but nothing extraordinary.

Beautifull sights, very good love music and a good route. However the alcohol free beverages mentioned in the inclusions were not free and had to be paid for. The aperol spritz I ordered was terrible and costing over £11. And how do you serve the welcome drink in a glass and the serve aperol spritz in a plastic cup. That is more than disgraceful.
