Having visited a couple of Terme spas in Milan and San Pellegrino, I can say with full confidence that this was the best spa experience I have had! The check-in process was seemless. Your locker key is a waterproof wristband that doubles as your access keycard and transaction record. No need to take your phone into the pool to pay at the bar! Just tap in the moment and pay when you leave the facility at the end of the day. The spa area itself is beautiful, with plenty of lush plants creating a jungle effect. The high glass ceiling reflects the pool lights at night, shining like stars above you while you sip a cocktail and float. There are plenty of loungers and daybeds. Bars available in all areas, and a wide variety of saunas for Elysium access visitors. My friends and I spent the whole day from 11am to 9pm and always found something to do. I recommend bringing a book, headphones, and an appetite for relaxing!

Great time at the spa. I will be bringing the kids along next time. Only thing is the sunbed situation. I feel there should be an option to rent a bed rather than first come first serve. It wasn't a killer to our day but it would have been nice to be able to chill out on one. We went to a Thai infusion restaurant which was nice, waited abit but the food was fresh and presented great. I would definitely recommend going back during the weekday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Was told its not as busy those days. We got all the day all access ticket but only used the spa area and were completely satisfied.

Davvero un'esperienza da rivivere e soprattutto da godersi in momenti di voglia di scappare dallo stress quotidiano. Una realtà da godersi ora dopo ora. Struttura davvero assurda in tutto, in spazi, in igiene, in organizzazione e per finire in gustare tutto ciò che viene offerto dai vari ristoranti dal salato internazionale non solo di prelibatezze nazionali (locali) e passare alla vasta scelta dei dolci (l'unica è minima pecca, leggermente prezzi un po' alti). Non so cosa davvero descrivere, ma di certo né vale la pena di ritornarci!

Wonderful amazing venue for a great relaxing full and I mean full day. The booking was easy, the checkin was well organised,, towels and bathrobes were hired very cheaply. One check in you were given a watch which you then use for everything - your designated locker, buying food drinks and any extra services you require, very easy then just hand in watch and pay at end of day which can be a late one. All staff very friendly and amazing. Pools, saunas etc were very clean. Definately recommend to everyone from young to old.

Non immaginavo la grandezza di questo complesso termale veramente molto esteso e bello da vedere e perfettamente funzionante in tutto.Ottima organizzazione nell'accoglienza e nella gestione dell'ospitalità.personale gentile e cordiale,nessuna difficoltà per gli ospiti stranieri come me.In definitiva una bellissima esperienza da rivivere appena possibile .

L'esperienza molto bella, la struttura è gigantesca e molto curata. Ci sono tantissime attrazioni. Scivoli saune lettini per massaggi. E tante altre cose. Inoltre ristorante si mangia bene. E i cocktail a bordo piscina sono uno spettacolo. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

O experiență frumoasă, dar cu aspecte importante de îmbunătățit Am ajuns în România special pentru a vizita Therme București, această experiență fiind un cadou oferit soțului meu de ziua lui. Aveam așteptări mari și ne doream să ne bucurăm pe deplin de această experiență. Am fost plăcut impresionată de rapiditatea recepției și de amabilitatea personalului, de la recepție până la restaurant. Angajații au fost amabili și serviabili, contribuind la o atmosferă primitoare. Din păcate, organizarea serviciilor de masaj ne-a dezamăgit. Deși am ajuns chiar la deschidere, am așteptat aproximativ o oră pentru a face o rezervare pentru un masaj corporal, fără să reușim în cele din urmă să obținem una. Este greu de înțeles cum un serviciu atât de solicitat poate fi gestionat de o singură persoană la ghișeu, provocând cozi interminabile și frustrare în rândul clienților. Therme București este un loc minunat, însă consider că organizarea rezervărilor și alocarea personalului pentru serviciile foarte solicitate ar trebui îmbunătățite. Este păcat ca, după ce am călătorit special pentru această experiență, cu ocazia unei zile atât de importante pentru noi, să nu putem beneficia de un serviciu pe care ni-l doream atât de mult. Sper ca acest feedback să fie luat în considerare, pentru ca și alți vizitatori să se poată bucura de întreaga experiență Therme, fără astfel de dezamăgiri. Multumim

For guests who are not proficient swimmers, make sure you are accompanied by someone who can provide close supervision.

Slanic Salt Mine

The experience caters to groups of 3 to 15 persons, providing a perfect setting for shared exploration and enjoyment.

The Salt Mine maintains a constant 12-degree temperature, making it advisable for visitors to bring warm clothing to stay comfortable during the journey.

Transfers are provided between a designated meeting point and a designated drop-off point. These points may be different depending on your chosen option at the next stage of booking.
