The experience as a whole is really complete : the management of the line is made so that you don't have to wait long before entering the building the personnalizable pictures taken before taking the lift really add a special touch to the experience the view is really breathtaking, you can also add a drink since orders are permitted at the 68th floor the details provided by the guides at the top of the tower really allows you to learn more about London, not only having an incredible view ! Overall a really unique and must do activity when you travel to London, or even if you're a local, to deepen your knowledge of this beautiful city !

Our visit to the shard was really good. It was my husbands birthday so it was nice to have the champagne package! I was a little concerned we would not see many landmarks due to very cloudy/ foggy weather, however we were pleasantly surprised and saw much more than expected!. It was also nice that when we went it was not overcrowded, however they could with more seating. The staff are lovely and we would love to come back for an evening experience with the city of london lit up at night!

Visiting the Crown Jewels at the Tower of London was a great experience overall. The jewels themselves are impressive and well displayed, though it can get quite crowded at times. A real highlight was the free Yeoman Warder tour — it was entertaining, informative, and added a lot of context to the history of the Tower. Definitely worth doing and made the visit even better. Overall, a memorable stop in London.

Pague mi entrada con audioguia y no me reconocieron. Tube que volver a pagar 3 audioguia en la entrada nuevamenre.Mala experiencia. No tuve una buena experiencia, hace 2 años fui y la entreda estaba en otro costado y ahor estan reparando. Comienzas paseo por medio de la torre. En geneeal la torre es un lufar que se debe visitar oor su histroia importante. No volceria a comprar por esta aplicacion.

La visita es facil de fer, bona arribada i acollida. Personal molt atent. Visita lliure pero molt ben organitzada. Edifici i entorn molt modern, arquitectonicament molt interessant. La unica pega ha estat el temps, la visibilitat no era bona, cel tapat i no impresiona. Ens han donat una entrada que es pot utilitzar durant tot l,any 2026. Com que visitem Londres una setmana ho intentarem de nou.
