Not particularly an easy location as we had to take a train and bus but well worth it! The queuing was tedious too as they held us back a little from our entry time but I guess it was very busy. Also poor loos... 2 out of order on our visit... The exhibits are truly amazing... an emersive experience that messes with your mind a little! We didn't have children with us but those around us had a fantastic time... there are different zones, some requiring you to remove your shoes and socks! But don't worry... the water is warm! It really is well done... the visual effects are stunning with bright colourful imagery and sparkling lights... a must see!

An absolute must-do in Tokyo! teamLab Planets isn't just an art museum; it's a completely immersive, full-body experience. You walk through the entire exhibit barefoot, and wading through knee-deep warm water while digital koi fish swim around your legs is surreal. The Floating Flower Garden with thousands of real orchids hanging from the ceiling was breathtaking, and the new Athletics Forest area added a really fun, active element to the visit. Make sure you wear shorts or pants that roll up easily! Highly recommend booking well in advance.

The experience was very cool and the water and light exhibits in the beginning were my favorite. The orchids could have lifted faster. It was very disappointing that there weren't larger lockers or a bag check for larger backpacks and bags, at least not when we asked. My husband almost ruined his backpack trying to get it into one of the tiny lockers and no one would help or accomidate us.

Fue una experiencia inolvidable, junto a mis amigos y esposo, fue un momento de relajación, he introspección , calma y divercion. La visita a Japón fue más especial compartiendo esa experiencia. TeamLab Plants was amazing. I went with my 11 and 13 year old on a whim on the last day of our visit to Tokyo. I wish it had been on our agenda our first day so that we could have gone back a second time. The exhibits are surprising, breathtaking, and delightful. I can't wait for my next Tokyo trip, and I will be recommending it to anyone who plans to go.

O has great expectativas for team labs, but it was beyond all of them. As a lighting designer i was sure i was gonna love it, but i went with the rest of my family that is not as fan of lights as i am and they all had a lot of fun, as its for all ages, from kids to teenagers young adults and older people. Great space, incredible immersive experience.

TeamLab Planets was a highlight of our entire trip. Both adults, 7 year old, 13 year old and even the difficult to impress 16 year old enjoyed the experience. Could easily spend most of the day here. The kids even asked to go back a second time before leaving.

The VR e-Sports activity is not open for children under the age of 7.

Children between 7 and 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Height restrictions will be strictly enforced for all rides and activities.

Free admission is available for children under 7 years old. However, depending on height (taller than 110cm equivalent to 3.6ft), there is a fee being charged for the attractions. Please purchase a ticket for a child in that case.

Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on-site for rates.

Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

It is recommended to wear clothes that allow you to be knee-deep in water.

You will have to remove your footwear during this experience.

Keep in mind that there will be places where the light is more irritating or dim.

When the hall is busy, the staff will lead the customers to the exit who have stayed in the museum for a long time.

Note: It is strongly advised to wear pants throughout the encounter as an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.

The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue.

Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 26 cm wide, 49.5 cm deep, and 87.5 cm high.
