The guide was excellent, particularly saying only a couple of sentences in English then Italian. It was much easier to listen to instead of long explainations in one language and then the other.

You can walk all around the theater, and the physical audio guide (rather than a guide streaming onto your phone) was both convenient and informative. The only downside was that you cannot drive to the entrance. You have to park somewhere in town and walk into the site.

There is a problem with the map that is given out with the audio guide. The numbers on the map do not correspond to the numbers in the theatre, so we ended up doing the whole thing backwards! Someone should fix the numbers so that when you to the Greek Theatre you don't have the same experience.

I thought booked an English tour but turned out to be an English and Italian tour so had to listen to same info in two languages. The theatre was also covered for events which not made clear when you book so you don't actually get full effect of theatre as covered with a stage and hardboard floor
