The ticket buying process and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend that you buy ticket from Headout instead of group tours as they let you take separate lines when a group is there as it helps time management.

What a superb experience.... Highest Cable Car, Iconic golden bridge, French village, Fantasy park and lots of free rides. Great experience, once should must go if coming to Danang Vietnam.

Getting started

Show your mobile ticket at the Ba Na Hills entrance. Your final entry pass will be sent separately by the operator within 24 hours of booking.

What to expect

Begin with a record-breaking cable car ride to the top of Chua Mountain. Explore the French Village, stroll through beautiful gardens and churches, and walk across the famous Golden Bridge held by giant stone hands. Head to Alpine Coaster 3, Vietnam’s longest gravity-driven mountain coaster, where you control the speed using hand brakes. Ride solo or with a partner as you twist through pine forests and descend along mountainside tracks.

Fantasy Park access: Entry to indoor games, rides, and attractions included.

Landmark attractions: Visit the Golden Bridge, French Village, and Le Jardin D’Amour Gardens.

Alpine Coaster 3: Ride Vietnam’s longest mountain coaster with guest-controlled speed, solo or in pairs.

What to bring

A valid mobile ticket.

Comfortable shoes and a warm layer for colder mountaintop evenings.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages, pets, smoking in non-designated areas, and re-entry after exiting the park are not allowed.

Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds on missed transfers or buses.

Certain rides are restricted for children under 110 cm in height, pregnant guests, and guests with heart conditions, acrophobia, or epilepsy.

Accessibility

This experience is not accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

This experience may not be suitable for pregnant guests and guests with cardiac conditions, acrophobia, or epilepsy.

Additional information

Effective from 18 May 2026, tickets are valid for one-time use only within the validity period printed on the ticket. The previous unlimited-use within 3 days policy no longer applies.

FaceID registration is no longer required for standard park entry.

FaceID registration is only required for guests upgrading to and using the 3-day ticket option.

Guests upgrading to a 3-day ticket must complete the upgrade process and FaceID registration before boarding the cable car on their first visit.

3-day ticket upgrades can be completed at the Tourist Area Ticket Office.

Combo tickets without buffet inclusion are valid for 7 days from the selected visit date.

Combo tickets including cable car and buffet are valid for 1 day only.

Child tickets apply to children between 100–140 cm in height; children under 100 cm can enter for free.

Children between 111–139 cm may ride free with an accompanying adult on selected rides; guests above 140 cm require a separate ticket.

Some attractions may close temporarily due to weather conditions or special events without prior notice.

The cable car operates from 8am to 10pm.

Four Seasons Restaurant operates from 10:30am to 3pm.

Bharata Restaurant operates from 10:30am to 2:45pm.

Ride operating hours are from 10am to 5pm.
