Ticketing

• Children under 100 cm in height can enter for free.

• Child pricing applies to children between 100–140 cm in height.

Operational notes

• Some attractions or zones may close temporarily due to weather conditions or maintenance work without prior notice.

• Effective from 18 May 2026, tickets are valid for one-time use only within the validity period printed on the ticket.

• FaceID registration is no longer required for standard park entry.

• FaceID registration is only required for guests upgrading to the 3-day ticket option.

Transfers and surcharges

• Pickup and drop-off services outside the designated service area incur an additional surcharge payable directly to the driver.

• A surcharge of 200,000 VND per way or 400,000 VND round trip applies to:

  • Hotels on Yet Kieu Street

  • Son Tra Mountain area, including Marina Coffee, Linh Ung Pagoda, and InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort

  • Beachfront resorts and villas, including Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, KOI Resort & Residence Da Nang, Meliá Danang Beach Resort, Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort, Marriott Resort Danang – Non Nuoc Beach Villas, Aria Đà Nẵng Hotel & Resort, Sheraton Grand, The Point Đà Nẵng, BRG Golf, Ocean Villa, Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang, Naman Retreat, Carinae Hotel Da Nang, The Five Villas & Resort Quangnam Danang, Shilla Monogram, and Grandvrio Ocean Resort Danang

• A surcharge of 250,000 VND per way or 500,000 VND round trip applies to all hotels in the Hoi An area.

• Late-night and early-morning transfers between 6:01pm and 6:59am incur an additional surcharge of 100,000 VND per hour.

• Free shuttle buses from Da Nang to Ba Na Hills depart at 8:30am and 9:30am.

• Return shuttle buses from Ba Na Hills to Da Nang depart at 3pm, with 2 buses departing simultaneously.

• Shuttle pick-up and drop-off points include Novotel Danang, East Sea Park, My Khe Beach, Vegas Club, Premier Village Danang Resort, and Sun World Ba Na Hills.

• The shuttle journey takes approximately 75–80 minutes each way.

• No advance reservation is required. Arrive at the designated pick-up point before departure.

• Shuttle schedules may be adjusted due to weather or cable car operating conditions.

Venue timings

• The cable car operates from 8am to 10pm.

• Four Seasons Restaurant operates from 10:30am to 3pm.

• Bharata Restaurant operates from 10:30am to 2:45pm.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
