All very enjoyable and well organized. No need to mention so many times the existence of the gift shop. 12:30 tour had a 1pm sign which lead to confusion. Perhaps, should be 1PM with a 12:30 boarding. Cheers

They upgraded our canceled reservation to a higher-tier class for that day, and it turned out to be a cruise that left my Japanese friends and my 2-year-old son completely satisfied.

The cruise was a first for me. I enjoyed hearing about the history of the area as well the friendliness of the crew. The gift shop had a great selection as well.

We joined the cruise as part of group. From boarding to exiting it was easy breezy. We had really beautiful weather while we cruised for 1.5 hours. I appreciated hearing historical info on buildings and ships etc. so we could make our way to get great photos. I like how they had a scavenger hunt for the kids. The bartender was great. The photographer captured the moments excellently. For us we would recommend to others because we had a great experience.

Listening to the fantastic music while seeing the sites of NOLA was amazing! I would like to thank the ticketing agents as my flight was delayed and I missed my scheduled cruise. I called, spoke to a "real" person and I was added to the dinner cruise minus the meal for a few extra dollars. That was above and behond as far as I am concerned! It's a good reminder of the importance of caring staff before people even get on the riverboat.

I loved the friendly customer service of the staff, the clear directions written and the announcer's story telling of the history and little known facts about NOLA. The sitting area on the steamboat was wonderful along with the drinks! Memorable to say the least and I would go again! Oh, and my pictures are on point! ❤️

The crew were really friendly and it was a very comfortable setting with beauty all around. I even loved all the stories that weee told regarding the history of New Orleans. Would love to do it again!!

Our first trip to New Orleans and so glad we took the 75-min tour. We took a Sunday morning cruise and it was so relaxing. We enjoyed a cocktail and relaxed on the top deck. The history and information they provided was perfect, as was the silence and allowing everyone to just enjoy the trip and sights. If I had complaint, and it really is not a complaint, but rather a suggestion, would be to make the photos they try and sell you more affordable. They take your picture before you board then try to sell it to you for $40 on board. $40? I would probably be interested at $20, but $40 seems excessive; they weren't pushy and took no for an answer, but still
