Begin your adventure at the Skydive Australia building on Air Whitsundays Road, Flametree, where you'll check in, meet your professional instructor, and go through a quick safety briefing before gearing up for the skies.
What to expect
Enjoy a 20-minute scenic flight climbing over Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays before making your tandem jump. Experience a thrilling 10–20 seconds of freefall from 8,000ft or up to 60 seconds from 15,000ft. After your parachute opens, glide for 5–7 minutes over the dazzling Great Barrier Reef, Whitsundays Islands, and the Coral Sea before landing softly on the white sands of Midge Point.

What to bring
- Bring your mobile ticket and a valid photo ID.

What’s not allowed
- Participants under 16 years of age (parental consent required if under 18).
- Sandals, high heels, or boots with hooks are not permitted.
- Jumping under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Accessibility
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Participants must be physically able to lift their legs during landing.
- Guests weighing between 94kg–110kg will be assessed onsite, and additional surcharges will apply if eligible.
Additional Information
- Participants must be at least 16 years old; parental consent is required for those under 18.
- Weather conditions may affect scheduling, so it’s best to allow 3–4 hours at the drop zone from check-in to landing.
- Jumpers must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol on the day of the skydive.
- Video and photo packages are available for purchase onsite to capture your skydiving experience.
