• Boarding is not allowed for persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Smoking and other intoxicants are prohibited on board.

• Alcohol may only be consumed with the helmsman's permission.

• It is forbidden to throw garbage into the water.

• Large items that impede navigation are not allowed on the boat.

• Galar Gdanski is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.

• Pets are allowed at no extra charge; dogs must wear a muzzle and be controlled at all times.

• Children and youth under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian and wear life jackets.

• The maximum capacity is 12 people per boat.

• The cruise may be canceled or the route changed due to weather or safety reasons; in such cases, a full refund or rescheduling is possible.

• Hotel pickup and drop-off, food and drinks (unless purchased from Yard Cafe), parking fees, and personal expenses are not included.
