My wife and I took the tour of West Berlin. It was during a quite frigid cold snap that descended upon most of Europe in November. The warm reception of the Headout employees was a balm against the bitter cold - as was the bus ride. I particularly liked the witty 'conversation' that played out in the headphones; it was a creative way to point out all of the fascinating sites of this profoundly interesting city. I was impressed by the fact that Berlín's dark mid-twentieth century past was not glossed over, but rather, acknowledged in a way that seemed healthy - even therapeutic. One can easily feel like a stranger in a big foreign city but the tour, through its sights and stories, shared with fellow visitors, helped me connect with Berlin's soul and beating heart. Thanks for that!

Die Bootstour mit der Reederei war echt super! Vor allem der Sprecher an Bord war der Hammer – total informativ, aber gleichzeitig richtig lustig. Man hat viel über Berlin gelernt, ohne dass es sich wie eine trockene Stadtführung angefühlt hat. Die Stimmung war locker, die Erklärungen spannend und zwischendurch musste man einfach lachen. So macht eine Spreerundfahrt richtig Spaß! Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Unter Deck ist die Sicht auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten etwas eingeschränkt aber das Schiff wendet 2 Mal wodurch auch alles gesehen werden kann egal an welcher Seite man Platz gefunden hat. Ich würde dennoch empfehlen auf dem Deck einen Platz zu suchen um den besten Ausblick zu haben. Auch wenn es bedeutet dass man sich im Winter wie ein Eskimo einhülllen muss.

The overall experience to get the boat is dramatic First the site gives you an address. Then the ticket gives you another one for meeting point. Then the real boarding location is a third one. Luckily we managed to get on the boat - it wasn't the same for some people that ended up late. Then to get your ticket, instead of a simple pdf on an email, you need to download an app, register into it to finally see your ticket Overall very poor way of making it work
