Sehr freundlicher Busfahrer. 1,5 Std.auf den Bus gewartet. Sollte 10.00 Uhr am Anfangsort beginnen und der Bus kam 11.30 Uhr an der Messehaltestelle an. Dadurch hatten wir auch weniger Zeit in der Stadt zur Verfühgung. Keine Benachrichtigung per E Mail erfolgt. Der Service war telefonisch nicht zu erreichen, nur im Chat.... es wird sich gekümmert. Keine treffende Aussage.

Great experience we had fun. However the Hop on Hop off was difficult as busses only arrived every hour to two hours.
