We had a fantastic 3-hour whale and dolphin watching trip! We saw pilot whales swimming close to our boot and even had enough time for a swim in a guite place. The captan and the crew were amasing — friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions. The freshly prepared snacks on board were delicious. Highly recommended experience!

Nous avons aimé la taille humaine de ces deux parcs , avec une diversité d'activité. On n'a pas le temps de s'ennuyer. Cependant, il me semble que les prix sont un peu cher et surtout que les parcs ferment très tôt. Please au moins ajoutez au oins 1H00 à 1H30 aux heures actuelles de fermeture pour le bonheur des retardataires car tout le monde ne peut pas venir à l'ouverture des parcs surtout ceux qui ont fait la fête le soir de lla veille.

Beide Parks sind gut organisiert, sehr sauber, die Tickets waren einfach zu bekommen. Personal nett und professionell. Einziger kleiner Nachteil, es waren beide Male Massen von Leuten!

I have been at siam park last Sunday and it was the best aqua park I ever been. I love the design, you feel like in a jungle or somewhere exotic. Another nice thing about siam park is that almost everywhere you are in shadow from the branches and leaves so you are not getting burned from the sun while waiting in queue. Everything seems to be well organized, the food is really good. About the rides, I felt very safe on any of them, even on tower of power and I loved the lazy river (for pll whi never been there, try to go on the left at the end of the riever, is the best part of it. The only downside was that I had to wait quite much for every ride and when I tried to purchase a fast pass I've been at the entrance, ther they told me that I need to buy it online and on the website I didn't find anywhere only the fastpass (the purple bracelet with 1 pass for every ride), or to go at info desk, from there they sent me outside to some window where it was closed and a girl told me that sold out and I couldn't but it. It would be nice to offer an easier way to upgrade you're bracelet or to buy fast pass from a vending machine or something. Or maybe I was just to enthusiast to buy a fast pass to try one more time every ride as fast as possible, it was already 2pm and I've been haotic. Other than that, it's the best thing I've done in thenerife and I recommend to everyone to try it. I wish to have an aqua park like siam close to my home.

not happy i would give five star to the siam park as everything was perfect however, when i was buying online ticket for Siam park it's offered to buy twin ticket for sima park and Loro Parque for €78 and i thought these two places should be in same location and while we are visiting siam park we can visit the loro parque as well same day i purchased two tickets but we found later that the Loro Parque is not in same place as Siam park is, it is an hour twenty minutes far from siam park we were shock, how can be kind offer company giving you without information about distance, very disappointed it's deception and misleading
