Tutto perfetto, grazie alla professionalità, competenza e simpatia (che non guasta mai) delle nostre preziose guide Susanna e Filippo che, rispettivamente, ci hanno accompagnato durante la visita alla Cattedrale ed all'Alcazar....raramente si incontrano guide che riescono a mantenere alta l'attenzione del gruppo per tutto il tempo della visita. È' stato fondamentale essere accompagnati da professionisti così esperti perché il rischio è quello di perdersi in un "mare magnum". In sintesi, ottimo da consigliare.

Les anecdotes à propos d'Isabelle de Castille, ainsi que les multiples photos qu'elle nous a partagées pour illustrer son propos étaient particulièrement intéressantes. Je saurais dorénavant vers la différence entre espace privée et espace public ! J'ai aimé aussi les explications sur les deux cultures chrétiennes et musulmanes qui ont mis leurs savoir faire artistiques au service de l'esthétique. Un esprit de tolérance 🙏

Insieme a mia figlia abbiamo visitato la casa reale, la cattedrale e la giralda con l'ottima guida di Elena. Questa simpaticissima e coltissima guida ci ha permesso di conoscere approfonditamente tutti i dettagli dei luoghi da sogno e di scoprire un pezzo della cultura spagnola sempre con il sorriso, malgrado le informazioni fossero così tante. Consiglio a tutt questo tour e la guida Elena che è di Siviglia ma parla un italiano perfetto.

Bring an original, valid passport or ID card for entry along with your ticket.

You can present your ticket printed or on your mobile.

If eligible for student or pensioner discounts, bring supporting documentation (EU citizens only).

If you choose the audio guide, bring along your best headphones and a fully charged mobile device with sufficient free space to download the app.

Carry your student ID if applicable.

Seville Cathedral & La Giralda

Bring a valid passport or ID card for entry along with your ticket.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the monument (except for water and food for babies).

Alcohol, drugs, and intoxicated behavior are strictly prohibited.

Weapons, sharp objects, and large bags or luggage are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation.

Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.

Bare feet and bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Seville Cathedral & La Giralda

Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.

Entering barefoot and wearing clothes that expose the knees and shoulders is prohibited.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation.

Accessibility

The Alcázar of Seville and Seville Cathedral are wheelchair accessible.

Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed within the Alcazar and the cathedral, subject to producing the official documentation.

Wheelchair users are prohibited from climbing the La Giralda.

People with vertigo, claustrophobia, anaemia, tendency to dizziness, heart problems, and/or respiratory problems are advised not to climb the La Giralda.

Additional information

You must arrive at the designated entry point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in.

You can visit the Seville Cathedral for free on Sundays (except holidays) between 4:30pm and 6pm, with a prior online reservation.

Visits to the gardens are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be closed without prior notice.

Children under 14 can visit the Giralda always accompanied by an adult.

If you choose a small group guided tour, your group will have no more than 15 people.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point. Students must show a valid student ID.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
