Nous avons aimé cette visite guidée car elle a permis de maximiser notre temps et d’éviter les longues files d’attente dans des lieux touristiques très fréquentés. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la richesse des explications fournies par le guide, qui ont permis de mieux comprendre l’histoire et l’architecture de l’Alcázar, de la cathédrale de Séville et de la Giralda.

Our guide was amazing and the palace was very impressive.It was very warm but we were given stops to drink water ,fill up bottles sit down and go to the toilet.But the ticket should note that you aren't allowed to bring any food or drinks(other than water) and there is a dress code for the cathedral.

Bella esperienza che vale il prezzo del biglietto specie se fatta con una guida turistica, consiglio vivamente il salta fila che noi abbiamo fatto e ci ha permesso di entrare senza attendere, c'è un chiosco all'interno, un po' caro, ma è tutto parte di una splendida esperienza. Consigliatissimo.

Die Führung durch den Guide war sehr gut und ausführlich/informativ. Man konnte Fragen stellen und bekam sofort Antwort. Gut gemacht. Problematisch -für uns- war der allgemeine Andrang und das dadurch entstehende Stimmenchaos. Aber ist halt so! Alles in allem war es sehr gut.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene con la nostra guida! É stato interessante camminare nei corridoi dell'Alcazar e scoprire le storie che hanno vissuto in quelle mura! Visitare i luoghi con una guida ha davvero valore aggiunto!

Alcázar of Seville

Bring an original, valid passport or ID card for entry along with your ticket.

You can present your ticket printed or on your mobile.

If eligible for student or pensioner discounts, bring supporting documentation (EU citizens only).

If you choose the audio guide, bring along your best headphones and a fully charged mobile device with sufficient free space to download the app.

Carry your student ID if applicable.

Seville Cathedral & La Giralda

Bring a valid passport or ID card for entry along with your ticket.

Bring your handheld cameras along—photography is allowed for personal use.

What’s not allowed

Alcázar of Seville

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the monument (except for water and food for babies).

Alcohol, drugs, and intoxicated behavior are strictly prohibited.

Weapons, sharp objects, and large bags or luggage are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation.

Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.

Bare feet and bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Seville Cathedral & La Giralda

Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.

Entering barefoot and wearing clothes that expose the knees and shoulders is prohibited.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation.

Accessibility

The Alcázar of Seville and Seville Cathedral are wheelchair accessible.

Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed within the Alcazar and the cathedral, subject to producing the official documentation.

Wheelchair users are prohibited from climbing the La Giralda.

People with vertigo, claustrophobia, anaemia, tendency to dizziness, heart problems, and/or respiratory problems are advised not to climb the La Giralda.

Additional information

You must arrive at the designated entry point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in.

You can visit the Seville Cathedral for free on Sundays (except holidays) between 4:30pm and 6pm, with a prior online reservation.

Visits to the gardens are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be closed without prior notice.

Children under 14 can visit the Giralda always accompanied by an adult.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point. Students must show a valid student ID.
