my wife and i took our four and a half year old granson into London for the day. part of his day out was to take him to The Paddington Experience. We had an enjoyable time and all the staff there are very enthusiastic and talented. Our group size going in was ideal, six adults and six children. all appeared to be having fun. i believe though some improvements need to be made, namely on arrival our grandson needed the toilet, we made enquires and were told there were none until you enter the experience itself. we were early, so this was not a good start to our day and secondly the entrance to the experiece being in the shop is not good as the shop was very busy and hot.

All of the people were characters and they were all really fantastic. Mrs Brown in particular was fabulous. We had a 3 year old and a 10 year old with us. The 3 year old loved every minute and even the 10 year old really enjoyed it. The games and interactive elements at the end were particularly good.

My grandchildren. aged 8 and 10, were engrossed by the activities involved at eash stage of the experience. Mrs Brown stood out as an excellent presenter, easy to hear, clear and fun.
