Every employee we interacted with was warm, helpful, and always smiling. They answered all our questions so sweetly, which made the experience even better. We bought our tickets online, so the enterance was very smooth and fast. There was no line. After entering we were greeted by employee who took pictures of us as a family. They have a great variety of animals that my kids were so happy to see.

Next, plunge into the world of the Arctic at the Conrad Prebys Polar Bear Plunge. Ever measured yourself against a polar bear or crawled into a bear den? Here, you can do both and even climb aboard an Arctic research helicopter for an unforgettable experience. Move to the Harry and Grace Steele Elephant Odyssey, a unique 7.5-acre habitat designed to mirror the elephants' natural environment. Don't miss out on the West African Forest exhibit, home to dwarf crocodiles and a stunning 65-foot manmade waterfall, Rady Falls.
