⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile La visita alla Reggia di Caserta è stata molto piacevole, grazie alla cortesia e alla disponibilità del personale, sempre attento e accogliente. Ero già stata lo scorso anno e avevo trovato un parcheggio comodo ed efficiente, anche se in quella occasione il complesso era chiuso per la giornata di riposo settimanale. Questa volta ho potuto accedere senza attese per la visita del palazzo, ma purtroppo ho riscontrato qualche difficoltà con il parcheggio, che mi è costata una multa. Unica nota negativa di un’esperienza altrimenti splendida e assolutamente consigliata a chi desidera scoprire uno dei luoghi più affascinanti d’Italia.

A wonderful travel experience. The Royal Palace is a true highlight of any visit to Naples and Campania. Instazione handled all the ticketing arrangements (train and palace entry) seamlessly. The only negative, which prevented me from assigning an awesome rating, was that audio guides to the palace were not included in the entry ticket. We had to pay another 10 Euros at the palace for the guides. Your advertising say that the audio guides were included. For your information.

Non avevo mai visitato la Reggia di Caserta. Sapevo che era una esperienza da fare, ma la vistia ha superato le mie aspettative. All'interno della Reggia e nei giardini è tutto ben organizzato. Acquistando i biglietti online non ho fatto nessuna coda ma sono entrato subito. L'unica pecca è legata alla difficoltà di trovare parcheggi esterni a causa della loro chiusura

Bigger the palace, bigger the king

The Bourbons of Naples could be considered the overlords of the lands. Stop by the Grand Staircase of Honor, the neo-classical Royal Palatine Chapel, the spectacular horse-shoe-shaped Royal Court Theatre, the inspiring Terrae Motus Collection, and another picture gallery showcasing paintings that date back to the 16th century AD.

The beautiful Royal Park

Designed using an innovative ‘telescope effect’, the park is a beautiful space full of fountains, statues, and greenery. Visit the park to check out the French-inspired ‘Parterre’, the majestic Fountain of the Three Dolphins, the godly Fountain of Aeolus, the Fountain of Ceres, and many more wonderful cascades. Stop by the fascinating English Garden, the charming San Leucio Belvedere, and the Carolino Aqueduct, and discover the wildlife sanctuary at San Silvestro Oasis.

What to bring

Have entry tickets and a photocopy of your ID ready for a smooth check-in.

Be prepared for varying weather conditions—inside the palace and out in the gardens, it can get chilly, so pack accordingly.

Comfortable shoes are a must for walking, and don't forget water for hydration and sun protection.

What's not allowed

Leave food, drinks, drones, sharp metallic objects, alcohol, and motorized vehicles behind—they aren’t allowed inside.

Pets (except guide dogs), strollers, large bags, backpacks over 40 x 30 x 10 cm, and umbrellas are prohibited. You can check bulky items in the free cloakroom at the entrance.

Flash photography is forbidden inside, and the dress code requires appropriate attire (no skimpy or indecent clothing).

Accessibility

The palace is wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators available.

Guide dogs are allowed inside.

Accessible parking spaces are near the entrance for easy access.

Additional information

The Royal Palace of Caserta is closed on Tuesdays, New Year’s Day (January 1), and Christmas Day (December 25).

Check train schedules in advance for a timely trip, as the train from Naples to Caserta takes about 40 minutes, followed by a 5-10 minute walk to the palace.
