What's allowed
- Handbags whose dimensions don't exceed 40 x 10 x 10cm are permitted, and must be worn on the front of the body.
- Cameras are allowed, with the exception of a flash, tripod, and selfie sticks.
What's not allowed
- Note that large bags, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum, as there are already several dining options available along with specific areas for their consumption. Carrying water is duly justified in the case of pregnant women, guests with special needs, and anyone who may be sick.

- Disabled people are welcome as this experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

- Please note that there is free entry on Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat from 7pm till closing, and Sun from 12:30pm till closing.
- Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone between the age of 14 and 18 who wishes to visit the museum without an adult must show their national ID document.
