Pets and service animals are not permitted in the tuk-tuks.

Food and drinks are not included and should not be consumed during the tour.

Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on board.

The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible to wheelchair users.

Keep in mind that the tour route includes numerous flights of stairs.

Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.

2-hour Welcome Tuk-Tuk Tour

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

The tuk-tuks cannot accommodate strollers or mobility aids.

Your timed entry tickets are only valid for the time and day you’ve chosen while making your booking. Do make sure to arrive within your chosen time slot.

Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.

On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.

Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.

2-hour Welcome Tuk-Tuk Tour

The minimum age for participation is 2 years, and the minimum weight is 9 kg.

Each tuk-tuk can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (adults or children).

All tours start and end at the same pick-up point: the underground bus station of Plaza de Oriente, near the Royal Palace.

The tour itinerary may change due to street closures or demonstrations.
