What to bring

• Wear appropriate swimwear; swimwear is required to use the water attractions.

• For hygiene, children under 3 years old must wear swim diapers, which are available for purchase at The Retail Shop.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park.

• Drones, large bags, suitcases, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

• It is prohibited to use cameras on all body slides that are ridden without tubes (like the Aqua Loop, Freefall, and Matt Racer).

• Re-entry is not allowed.

• The park is wheelchair- and stroller-accessible.

• Accessible restrooms and baby changing facilities are available on site.

• Staff are available to assist guests with mobility needs.

• Some attractions may not be suitable for guests with back problems, heart conditions, or other health concerns—please check health restrictions before visiting.

• For same-day admission, tickets must be booked after 11pm for entry on the same day.

• Children under 15 years of age must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Only those who are 15 years and older are permitted to visit the park independently.
