The tickets were easy to book online and instructions on where to go/meet with the booking were good. The introductory talk was excellent, very informative and our guide had good knowledge. We would have given 5 stars but found that St Vitus Cathedral had very little information unless you purchased an audio guide. We felt that some general description on boards in Czech and English would have helped confirm what we were looking at. Similarly in St George's there were some boards but they were all in Czech. It was difficult to use a translator on a phone because of low signal, narrow space and very low lighting conditions.

My experience at Prague Castle was exceptionally pleasant. The presentation was excellently delivered, well-structured, and detailed, providing comprehensive information about the history and architecture of the complex. The guides explained everything clearly and professionally, which greatly enhanced the quality of the visit. Another highly appreciated aspect was the impeccable organization: I did not have to wait in line at all, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, the visit to Prague Castle is entirely worthwhile, and I confidently recommend it.

J’ai pris l’abonnement à 30 €, et je dois dire que la visite du château de Prague m’a vraiment enchanté. En tant que fan de châteaux, j’ai adoré explorer chaque recoin de ce lieu immense et chargé d’histoire. Découvrir l’intérieur des églises a été un moment particulièrement fort : l’architecture, la lumière, les détails sculptés… tout était impressionnant. L’ensemble du site respire une atmosphère unique qui donne vraiment l’impression de remonter le temps. C’est une expérience que je recommande à tous ceux qui aiment les monuments historiques et les lieux emblématiques.

Der Kauf der Tickets hat gut funkzioniert, wir haben unsere Kontaktleute schnell gefunden. Die historische Einleitung war interessant und voller Daten, aber etwas zu lang für einen kalten Dezember Morgen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr touristisch organisiert, man wurde überall durchgeschleust und musste sich mit anderen Touristen durch enge Türen und Stiegen drängen. Dennoch, die Kathedrale wollten wir unbedingt sehen. Leider ist es schwer dort Andacht zu halten. Man darf sich nicht setzen und überall dröhnt der Touristenstrom. Dennoch war der Dom der Höhepunkt.

It was an interesting way to spend the day lots of history and impressive architecture. The highlight for me was the changing of the guard but you didn't need to have a ticket for the venue to see this. Ticketing system very strange, the online application only gives a reference number which is exchanged for a paper ticket on arrival once you've found the people with the umbrellas who distribute the tickets. None of this was clear before arrival. The audio guide lost signal in parts of the cathedral, a common problem we were later told but not pre warned about.

Début de la journée avec la visite du château, explications de la guide en français. Visite en audio guide. Dans l'après-midi rendez-vous a l'agence pour confirmer la visite de l'horloge. Un peu plus rendez-vous avec notre guide pour le début de la visite. Explications du guide tout le long de la route jusqu'à l'horloge. Visite de l'horloge en audio guide. Ce fut 2 bonnes visites. Et les guides étaient super. Pensée spécial a notre guide pour l'horloge avec qui ont a pu échanger énormément. Très sympa.

The cathedral and castle grounds were fascinating, wonderful architecture, beautifully kept and restored! Very easy to navigate your way around, lots of cafes/restaurants. The only disappointment was the Enormous queue to get into the cathedral - the wait was way over an hour and a half, and we had another reservation to get to elsewhere. Will have to try on another visit!

The English speaking guide who gave an introduction to the castle complex was knowledgeable, interesting, articulate and very funny. I wanted to visit the castle but my other half really wasn't that bothered. After listening to the introductory talk, her mind had been switched and was really keen to visit. Top notch.! Well done 🤩

Please meet the representative with a blue and white umbrella in front of the main entrance to St. Vitus Cathedral, who will exchange your voucher for a ticket to the Prague Castle interiors.

A working internet connection is essential for the online audio guide to work properly.

Meet the representative at the corner of the Prague Castle complex's III courtyard next to the St. Vitus Cathedral. Look out for an open blue and white umbrella. It is strongly advised to enter the Prague Castle complex from the side entrance of the Pražský Hrad tram station.

If you have opted for the mobile guide, you will also receive an introduction to the guide functionality, along with an orientation map.

Your ticket is valid for 2 days from the day you receive it and allows you one-time entry to each attraction from circuit B.
