Frederico was very welcoming and personable. He also did not make us feel bad for arriving at the last minute. He was very good at showing us the must see paintings and also able to enlarge sections of the paintings on his iPad to show us hard to see details of paintings. The only negative was that his accent was a little harder to understand than some guides and some static on the ear pods made him harder to hear. Part of the problem is we were jet lagged, had not slept on our transatlantic flight, and came straight from the airport to the tour so no reflection on him. toledo.

Ce musée est simplement impressionnant. Les œuvres sont magnifiques. Il est important de bien préparer sa visite pour en profiter au maximum. J'avais fait la liste des œuvres que je voulais absolument voir et les salles dans lesquelles elles étaient exposées. Je me suis ausso laissée aller à flâner et faire de magnifiques decouvertes. Par contre, petit bémol: j'avais réservé une visite guidée 3 semaines à l'avance. elle a été annulée sans explication l'avant veille du jour prévu. J'ai dû acheter des billets pour une entrée "générale ".

The Prado is excellent but the entry system is not. Even with pre booked timed tickets we had to wait outside on a very cold day for over 30 minutes. The entrance for pre booked tickets is a narrow side door with a single security screen X-ray machine immediately inside the door. This compares very badly to other museums we have visited that have covered waiting areas and multiple X-ray machines

The Royal Palace was amazing. I've never seen so much gold leaf, filigree, ceiling, frescoes, tapestries, and art. Jjust amazing derails. It was a feast for the eyes and displayed the immense grandeur and history of the Spanish royalty.

Die im Internet bestellten Eintrittskarten haben zu Begin viel Zeit benötigt, bis sie ausgedruck werden konnten. Dann hat alles super funktioniert. Die ausgestellten Bilder und Skulpturen sind toll, sodass sie jeder einmal im Leben gesehen haben sollt. Dass ältere Personen am Eingang nicht lange anstehen müssen ist eine super Idee.

The guide was good once it started but getting into the Prado involved prolonged queuing and the start all felt disorganised and time consuming. It did not leave enough time to be guided to more artworks.we seemed to spend half the time getting devices,and getting in and reforming the group each time. The guide was also late.

I loved the performance and rate it a 5. I was very impressed that my money (I overpaid for tapas was immediately refunded to my account. The only thing I can say is that it was a bit cramped, but the time period, it was not too bad. Thank you sooo much. I will definitely recommend your establishment to all.
