Frederico was very welcoming and personable. He also did not make us feel bad for arriving at the last minute. He was very good at showing us the must see paintings and also able to enlarge sections of the paintings on his iPad to show us hard to see details of paintings. The only negative was that his accent was a little harder to understand than some guides and some static on the ear pods made him harder to hear. Part of the problem is we were jet lagged, had not slept on our transatlantic flight, and came straight from the airport to the tour so no reflection on him. toledo.

Great, extensive collection. Despite many visitors, hardly any waiting time and, with a few exceptions, enough space to admire the exhibits. Unfortunately, the audio guide was disappointing. We took advantage of the 3-hour tour. There was no recognizable concept or chronology. Instead, we were constantly sent back and forth between the rooms and floors and spent a lot of time looking for rooms. Unfortunately, the labeling of the rooms was poor. What a pity.

Absolutely one of the best museum visits ever. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia. We had visited the Prado several times before, but we learned more than we ever expected. Not only did we learn, but we are still discussing the different theories and we are discussing how his presentation opened our curiosity to other works of art in other museums that we had visited. Audioguide content acceptable. But a lot of time wasted using this tool. Difficult to find the works described. Often had to call on museum staff to locate them. That said, the staff were helpful and available. Better classification would be a plus.

Excellent collection of art work. Anyone in the city must visit it. Works of Goya, Caravaggio and Bosch are a must see. There's Velasquez , Titian and many others. Only drawback is that the lighting could be better in some rooms. There was some glare on some of the paintings.
