Absolutely one of the best museum visits ever. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia. We had visited the Prado several times before, but we learned more than we ever expected. Not only did we learn, but we are still discussing the different theories and we are discussing how his presentation opened our curiosity to other works of art in other museums that we had visited. His knowledge and delivery were anazing

From locating our guide David at the prearranged location through to the end of the tour, we were impressed. Finding the tour start was easy with the instructions given. David added a pleasant surprise to our first painting that we all chuckled at. His knowledge of art and the Prado was impressive and he toured us through lesser known pieces with more insight than we'd get on our own. Loved the tour.

i am not really someone that goes to a museum regularly, but this was a very good experience. I never had a guided tour like this before, but it really added to the experience. Normally me and my friends would go really fast through the museum, but now we took more time to look at the pieces and we got a lot of information.

I would prefered to call your company to discuss my experience. I purchased 6 tickets, on line for Monday, October 6th. I got confirmationi, but nothing that clearly stated we were to meet outside of Starbucks, who incidenently can offer no help and are across a busy street. We scrambled to make the 1 pm start. The guide was 10 to 15 minutes late and did not have enough sound boxes for all who had signed up. We got one of the six we should have been given. The couple beside us go none. When Luiz tried to get more sound boxes (not sure of their actual name) he says he was told the museum didn't have anymore. By the time the tour started, it was past 1:30. Five of us could not hear and Luiz could not speak loudly. We had no time to browse following the tour because we had all checked our bags under 1 claims tag, per the tour guide. This was to speed things up, but meant that we had to all leave when he left, presumably for his next group. We did not get what I paid $270.00 for and believe we should be refunded a portion of the cost of 5 of the tickets. In an effort to say something positive: Luiz was knowledgable.

The Spanish tour of the Prado Museum was very interesting and well organized in terms of content, although it started with a hitch. It was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but finally started at 11:00 AM with no prior notice. I had to call Julia Travel to confirm what was happening. Once it started, the experience was excellent thanks to our guide, Ana Cristina, who demonstrated great knowledge and professionalism. We had a very complete tour of about 20 representative works, with detailed explanations, precise and full of historical and artistic context. In short, a very good way to learn, in Spanish, the different periods and styles that make up the collection of the Prado Museum. Too bad for the lack of communication at the beginning, but the tour itself was very worthwhile.
